Privacy notice

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.

The image and PDF tools read your files locally using your browser. Images, PDFs and any logo you add to a document are never uploaded to our servers, and we never see them.

Invoices, quotations, receipts and delivery notes are built in the browser. Drafts are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device so you do not lose work when the page reloads. You can clear them at any time from within the tool or by clearing site data in your browser.

We keep aggregate, non-identifying usage counts (for example, how many times a page was viewed) to understand which tools are worth improving. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

We do not ask for national ID numbers, passport numbers or other sensitive identifiers, and you should not enter them into these tools.

No account is needed to use any tool on this site. If optional accounts are introduced later — for saved documents or history — we will only collect what that feature genuinely needs, explain it clearly, and let you delete the account and its data.

If we ever hold information about you and you want it removed, email cliffk2026@gmail.com and we will delete it.

If this notice changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
